HOME HEALTH AIDE
Our Home Health Aide diploma program provides you with the skills and knowledge to help the elderly, people with disabilities, and individuals with chronic illnesses maintain their quality of life and independence at home. We make it simple...convenient and affordable.
First, begin by learning basic concepts and skills of nursing assisting. Next, learn how to safely assist with self-administered medication and to assist in the prevention of medication errors. Lastly, learn American Heart Association science-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and techniques in our 100% instructor-led Basic Life Support training.
Earn three certifications, while pursing your Home Health Aide diploma in as few as three weeks!
If at least 18 years old:
High school diploma is not required.
GED is not required.
If under 18 years old, high school diploma or GED is required.
Must be able to pass level 2 background.
Experience is not required.
Why Should You Get the Home Health Aide Diploma?
There is no State licensing exam for Home Health Aides in Florida; however, the Home Health Aide diploma is important because it enables you to work for agencies and employers that bill Medicaid and Medicare for approved client services.
Our Home Health Aide diploma program is licensed through the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education through our Career Training Institute, #6049.
Our Home Health Aide diploma students are eligible to return, at any time, and test with us in order to advance as a Florida licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
