Our instructor-led three week Phlebotomy Technician certification preparation prepares participants for the National Medical Career Assessment Certification (MedCA) for Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). The examination preparation program is designed to meet the national certification curriculum requirements and includes theory and hands-on instruction, including venipuncture and collection of blood specimen.
CNA Training & Testing Center is a testing site for the National Medical Career Assessment Certification (MedCA).

Special Phlebotomy Procedures
Hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood donor centers, and other locations will need phlebotomists to perform bloodwork.
Employment of phlebotomists is projected to grow 25% by 2026, much faster than the average for all occupations.
Job prospects are most significant for phlebotomists who receive certification from one of the many certification agencies such as MedCA.
